Here’s an overview of the training sessions we organize for members! All sessions depart together from X (Mekelweg 9, Delft).

Summer Schedule:

Road Training: During the summer, we ride Rondje Hoek on Monday evenings and Rondje Rotte on Wednesday evenings. These rides typically last 1.5–2 hours, and you’ll cycle with a group that matches your level. You can also choose to join a group cycling the shorter or longer route.

Track Training: Every few weeks, usually on Mondays, there’s a track training session at a nearby outdoor cycling track. This spring, most sessions are held at Trias in The Hague. During track training, we work on sprint techniques, riding in echelons, race tactics, or cornering skills.

Mountain Bike Training: Every Wednesday, an enthusiastic group of mountain bikers heads to a trail near Delft. Examples include trails in Vlaardingen, Bergschenhoek, Zoetermeer, or at De Spartaan. We gather at X at 18:15 for these sessions as well.

Tour Rides (Sundays, monthly): Once a month, you can join a longer ride with Wij Toeren Op Zondag (WTOZ). Most routes are approximately 120–130 km, but if there’s enough interest, a shorter loop of 70–80 km can be arranged.

Winter Schedule:

Interval Training (Monday): Every Monday in winter, there’s an interval training session along the A13. We meet at X at 18:15. The interval training program will be announced soon.

Track Training: Track training at Trias continues every few weeks during winter.

Lampjesrondje (Wednesday): This 51 km route follows well-lit roads, making it ideal for winter training. However, proper lighting is mandatory. Ensure your front light is bright enough not only to make you visible but also to illuminate the road ahead clearly.

Mountain Bike Training (Wednesday): Mountain bike training sessions continue throughout winter on trails near Delft. Good lighting is also essential for these sessions!

Tour Rides (Every other Sunday): During winter, WTOZ rides are held biweekly. These follow the same format as in the summer.
